BNV had a humble beginning with handful of students in ‘Shishumandir’, the nursery. Kannada Medium Primary School was added in the year 1986, Kannada Medium High School in the year 2000 and English Medium High School in 2005.

Bhagini Nivedita Vidyalaya has unique distinction of catering to the nearby villages Amargol, Sutagatti, Gamanagatti, Rayapur, etc. Most of the students in BNV school are from these nearby villages. Now, after more than 30 years of existence, the school caters with dedicated teaching and supporting staff.
